Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile Deposit allows you to make a deposit directly into your checking or savings account using the MNB Mobile app from your compatible Apple or Android mobile device with camera feature. Enjoy the convenience of easily depositing checks anytime or anywhere. Simply submit a photo of the front and back of your endorsed check from your mobile device even when the bank is closed.


Fees and Limits

Mobile Deposit is free to Moody National Bank Personal clients using Online Banking and there is no waiting period. New mobile deposit users may be subject to a funds hold.

Get Started

Signing up for mobile deposit is easy! Follow the steps below.

  • Download the most current Moody Bank mobile app on your Apple or Android device.
  • Log in using your online banking credentials.
  • Select the Deposits option from the drop down menu and complete the information form.
  • When prompted, select your accounts and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Begin using mobile deposits for all eligible checks by clicking the (+) icon in the top right corner.

Check Limitations

Checks or items not allowed to be submitted via Mobile Deposit:

  • Checks or items payable to any person or entity other than you (i.e. no third party deposits)
  • Checks or items payable to any commercial or business entity
  • Checks or items drawn on foreign financial institutions or payable other than in United States money
  • Checks or other items containing apparent alteration to any of the information on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect (or should know or suspect) are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check or item is drawn
  • Original Checks or other items previously converted to a Substitute Check
  • Checks or items that are Remotely Created Checks (as defined in Reg. CC)
  • Checks or items dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit
  • Checks or items prohibited by Bank's current documentation relating to Mobile Deposit Services, or checks or items which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your Account(s)
  • All checks must be endorsed "For Mobile Deposit Only"
