Edgar is a Commercial Banker and Branch Manager at our Pasadena location. With more than 20 years of banking experience, he specializes in business lending and services. As a dedicated business lender, he aims to provide comprehensive financial solutions and strategic guidance for businesses in the greater Houston area, with a focus on the fields of manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and commercial real estate. Edgar enjoys connecting with local communities and business owners and has a genuine interest in helping them on their financial journeys and uncovering their top financial priorities.  

Edgar strives to help new customers by “focusing on making their banking experience easy and knowing their needs so they can focus on running their daily lives and business.” 

Edgar has been a resident of Houston for forty years, and is the proud father of two daughters, a University of Houston graduate and current high schooler. In his free time he volunteers with his youngest daughter for Kids Meals Inc, delivering free meals to Houston's preschool-aged children. He enjoys road trips and exploring local state parks, playing golf, and watching the Astros.
