Trena is a Banking Center Manager at our New Braunfels-Plaza location. She brings 7 years of banking experience to her role and specializes in mortgage and consumer loans. For Trena, the most satisfying part of her job is knowing that she has a great team to take care of customers. She loves assisting clients who leave happy and visit the bank again.

Trena’s advice for new customers is:
 

“My main goal is building a meaningful relationship with all my clients. There may be a product out there that we might not offer, but my client can come to me knowing I can guide them in the direction that best suits their financial needs. I want each of my clients to know that their situation is just as important as the next and they are not just a 'number'. Here at Moody Bank, they will be taken care of by a caring team member eager and willing to assist them.”

Trena lives in New Braunfels with her family. She volunteers for the New Braunfels Food Bank and is the Treasurer Chair for the New Braunfels Downtown Association. In her free time, Trena loves kayaking and floating on the river with her kids and dog.
